Oak Hill Star About to Trim List of Colleges

There is rampant speculation that Oak Will Academy forward Roscoe Smith is close to trimming his list of potential suitors.
The lucky ones?
We’re hearing they are: Maryland, Duke, Georgetown, Florida, Connecticut and North Carolina.
Smith, who only recently transferred to Oak Hill from Wallbrook High, has maintained that he’s planning to decide come early fall. He took a skid recently in the new HighSchoolHoop Top 50 that’s about to drop, from No. 8 overall to No. 18.
Why?
So far this AAU season, Smith, who stands 6-7, hasn’t been consistently exceptional. He’s been good, but not good enough to stay in the top 15 … For now.
Still, since our rankings disregard class, even being named to the list is an exceptional accomplishment.
